• Overseeing the daily operations of all Sandy Harbor facilities
• Managing attractions like the arcade (yes, it’s as fun as it sounds)
• Keeping the Sandy Harbor Café running smoothly
• Leading, training, and motivating an awesome team
• Planning schedules, daily activities, and operational needs
• Making sure guests have a safe, fun, and unforgettable experience

• A natural leader who leads by example
• Someone who loves organization, planning, and problem-solving
• Strong communication and team-building skills
• A positive attitude—even when things get busy
• Experience in supervision, hospitality, or attractions is a big plus
