Automotive Service Technician – Beach Automotive

Join our team at Beach Automotive, a brand-new, state‑of‑the‑art service facility. We’re looking for GM‑certified service technicians with diesel experience to support our growing dealership.

Base pay range: $24.00/hr – $50.00/hr (competitive with experience and certifications). Sign‑on/relocation assistance may be offered to qualified candidates.

• Complete work specified on repair orders efficiently and in line with dealership standards.
• Test‑drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems – engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional required service and provide repair estimates.
• Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.

• 2+ years of GM Service Technician experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A‑ and B‑Level certifications (diagnostic, electrical, engine repair) or equivalent.
• Dexterity, steady hand, excellent hand‑eye coordination.
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills; ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competency.
• Positive, friendly attitude and eagerness to improve.
• Team player who collaborates effectively.
• Willingness to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
