Join the #1 Real Estate Team in Myrtle Beach | Full-Time | Fast-Paced. High-Impact. No Drama. We don’t hire seat-fillers. We hire rock-solid operators — the ones who can keep a dozen plates spinning without breaking a sweat. At Blake Sloan Real Estate, we move fast. We sell BIG. We dominate. And behind every top agent is a great Listing Coordinator who keeps it all dialed in.
This is not a front-desk role. This is a mission-critical operations position that touches every stage of the listing process — from the second we take a seller live to the moment that "SOLD" sign goes up.
What You’ll Be Doing (AKA How You Help Us WIN):
- Prepping listings for launch like a pro (photos, data, research, marketing materials, etc.)
- Managing all seller-side paperwork, contracts, disclosures, and compliance
- Communicating with homeowners, agents, and vendors like a champ
- Coordinating photographers, stagers, inspectors, and pre-listing vendors
- Managing MLS entry, updates, and property launch checklists
- Scheduling and tracking showings, feedback, and agent communication
- Keeping everything (and everyone) organized, accountable, and on time
If you love juggling 30 things at once and making sure none of them hit the ground, you’re our person.
