Salary: £29,033 base + up to £8,000 OTE

As a Field Sales Representative, you will report to a local Field Sales Manager and deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities while becoming an expert in the soft drinks category. You will interact with independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants, and cafes, promoting brands and solutions that align with business objectives.

• You work well with others, love staying active, and thrive in a hands‑on role.
• You have a UK driving licence or equivalent, eligibility to work in the UK, and live within a 60‑minute commute from the role location.
• You have influencing and negotiation skills, experience driving positive outcomes with customers, and securing sales through commercial, fact‑based conversations.
• You have experience with manual handling of products, point of sale and/or equipment in a fast‑paced environment.
• You are proficient in using digital technologies, such as iPhone and iPad, to support sales activities, communication, and reporting.
• You can independently manage your workload and schedule while meeting key targets.
• You can grow business through digital engagement, using technology to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.
• You have excellent prioritisation skills, ensuring efficiency and managing multiple tasks effectively.
