Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Senior Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase client base, build brand awareness, and drive revenue growth within the home healthcare industry. This involves building relationships with referral sources, understanding market trends, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications- Education:
Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university - 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Possessing a driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication skills
- Well‑versed in all company services
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with business goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.
- Stay informed about local market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform marketing strategies.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, traditional advertising, and community outreach.
- Ensure all marketing materials and activities are compliant with Home Health regulations.
- Represent the company professionally and effectively in interactions with referral sources, clients, and the community.
- Work collaboratively with other departments, including sales, operations, and clinical teams, to achieve organizational goals.
- Must be able to bring in new contracts with facilities for new admissions.
- Conduct sales calls, and evaluate results and effectiveness of sales activity.
- Conduct market analysis; develop sales strategy, goals and plans.
- Generate referrals for home health by building relationships with physicians, long‑term care, independent and assisted living facilities and other community resources.
- Other duties assigned by management.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with a broad range of healthcare providers.
- Be familiar with the available community resources and how to access them.
- Possess organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Effectively document information and maintain close attention to detail.
