• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to interpret operational directives required
• Store management experience in a retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and meet physical demands of the job
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required
• Ability to work effectively in a high-energy team environment

• Previous experience in a retail management role
• Familiarity with inventory management and loss prevention techniques
• Proven track record of exceptional customer service
• Experience in training and developing team members
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
