Part‑time position. Start: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

• Coach and train Inventory Associates – accuracy matters.
• Follow a consistent workflow – our playbook for success.
• Lead & serve as primary point of contact for event‑related concerns; support directives from Managers; drive operational excellence, maximize team productivity, and foster engagement.

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time‑management skills.
• Strong customer‑service and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Flexible scheduling.
• Ability to stand, walk and stay active during shifts.
• Comfort with handheld scanners or counting tools.
• Attention to detail; reliable attendance.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

The role requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, use both hands for repetitive motions, frequently be in low‑level positions (squatting, kneeling, crouching), use a ladder, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs., and travel by car or plane, occasionally overnight.
