Travel Nursing Opportunity – ICU / Critical Care RN (Float to Med-Surg)
Join the critical care team at Saint Francis Hospital Muskogee in Muskogee, OK, where your advanced clinical expertise and rapid decision-making skills will make a meaningful difference every shift. This high-acuity ICU assignment is ideal for a resilient RN who thrives under pressure and is comfortable floating as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive, high-acuity care to critically ill patients
Continuously monitor and assess patients with complex, rapidly changing conditions
Manage ventilators and advanced respiratory support
Administer high-risk medications, titratable drips, and critical infusions
Interpret lab results, hemodynamic data, and diagnostic findings
Respond effectively to codes and emergent situations
Deliver post-operative, trauma, cardiac, neuro, sepsis, and respiratory failure care
Facilitate patient and family education and discharge planning
Document accurately and thoroughly in Epic EMR
Clinical Expectations:
Strong cardiac, neurological, and respiratory critical care skills
Sound clinical judgment and rapid prioritization abilities
Comfortable floating to Med-Surg as needed
Collaborative team mindset with effective communication skills
Ability to work independently while supporting interdisciplinary goals
Requirements & Qualifications:
Active Oklahoma RN license or valid multi-state compact license
BLS required
ACLS required
NIHSS required
Minimum 1 year of RN experience (ICU experience strongly preferred)
Epic experience required
Completion of accredited nursing program
Preferred Skills:
Dialysis experience (preferred but not required)
Important Notes:
Must be comfortable floating to Med-Surg
Night shift assignment
All required certifications must be active at time of submission
