- Mix & Batch:
Coordinate and execute batching schedules to meet daily production goals - Make It Right:
Manufacture products to spec using formulas. You’ll be an essential part of transforming raw ingredients into targeted, performance-driven feed solutions - Maintain Equipment:
Perform basic repairs and keep detailed maintenance records - Receive Ingredients:
Unload rail cars, barges, and trucks—keeping things moving efficiently - Keep It Clean:
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace - Stay Compliant:
Follow OSHA and FDA standards, safety policies, and all operating procedures
- Previous manufacturing experience a plus—but not required
- High school level reading, writing, and math skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude—you’re handy with tools and know your way around equipment
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Clear communication and teamwork mindset
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs. and stay active throughout the shift
Skills and Qualifications
- Manufacturing
Experience:
Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required - Educational Requirements:
High school level reading, writing, and mathematical skills - Mechanical Aptitude:
Strong mechanical skills and the ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance - Problem-Solving
Skills:
Demonstrated ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently - Communication:
Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately with various individuals - Teamwork:
Ability to work effectively in and promote a team environment - Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds as needed
