We are seeking a Production Scheduler to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring efficient production operations by managing schedules, coordinating orders, and optimizing factory workflows. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop and maintain the plant production schedule to meet customer and business needs.
• Schedule all customer orders and set priorities to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead weekly production meetings to review priorities and schedules.
• Review and release daily and weekly orders for production.
• Monitor order progress throughout the factory and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Collaborate with factory supervisors and other departments to achieve monthly goals.
• Maintain and enforce order policies and procedures.
• Partner with marketing to address order issues and respond to customer inquiries.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in production scheduling or a related role.
• Proficiency with MRP systems and strong computer skills, including spreadsheets.
• Solid understanding of planning and scheduling principles in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
