Responsibilities
  • Oversees the day to day movement of materials and equipment
  • Ensures the Logistic Specialists deliver necessary parts, equipment and other production necessities for field installations to flow efficiently
  • Schedules and coordinates staging materials and equipment for field installations
  • Ensure inspection quality standards are met
  • Maintain safety standards and working relationships with the team
  • Mentor and develop Logistic Helpers and Specialists
  • Coordinate with field supervision regarding material and equipment inventory
  • Prepare and maintain records for material and equipment control documents
  • Ensure standards and procedures are followed
  • Proficient computer skills
Qualifications

Education & Experience:

A Bachelor’s Degree in a construction related field or Logistics and at least 2 years of experience in a construction related role, or a combination of education and experience. Knowledge of material control procedures and/or shipping and receiving related experience is preferred.

Leadership Responsibilities: Capable of leading up to four Logistics Helpers and Logistics Specialists.

Skills:

Ability to perform advanced math skills rapidly and accurately.

Reasoning Ability: Evaluate information using measurable standards; able to read and understand drawings, specifications, and schematics.

Other

Skills and Abilities:

Ability to work cooperatively with others; follow specific directions; repeat tasks of short duration according to a set procedure; work within standards of accuracy.

Physical Demands: The role requires sitting, standing, walking, reaching, climbing ladders and scaffolds, handling wires and tools, and lifting 50 pounds frequently and 75 pounds occasionally; vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.

Location and Travel

Regional – Current work starts in Pryor, OK and Muskogee, OK. National – 100% travel to assigned worksites across the United States. Applicants must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Per diem and mileage stipends apply per company policy.

Work Schedule and Environment

Start times, break times, and work hours vary by site and project phase. Employees work more than 40 hours per week but no more than 60, with occasional weekend work due to construction demands. The work environment may include exposure to heights, confined spaces, and outdoor conditions; use of hard hat and safety gear is required.
