Purpose

While projecting a professional image; serve as the subject matter expert supporting branch staff, Business Development Officers, and Bank customers with Treasury Management products including Cash Management, Lock Box, Merchant Services, and Smart Pay Business. Assist with solution design, proposals, product demonstrations, and implementation support. Respond to inquiries, resolve complex issues, and ensure a seamless client experience.

Essential Functions
  • Serve as subject matter expert for Treasury Management solutions including ACH Origination, Wire Transfers, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, Merchant Services, and emerging payment channels.
  • Partner with Business Development Officers and branch staff to assist in solution design aligned with client cash flow needs and operational requirements.
  • Support preparation of treasury proposals, product demonstrations, and customized solution presentations.
  • Assist with cross-sell initiatives by identifying additional treasury opportunities within existing client relationships.
  • Coordinate new treasury implementations in collaboration with Treasury Operations, Digital Banking, and other internal departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Verify that all required documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with Bank policies prior to product activation.
  • Track and monitor implementation timelines, ensuring key milestones are met and clients are informed throughout the onboarding process.
  • Conduct post-implementation follow-up with clients to confirm successful setup, provide additional guidance, and ensure overall satisfaction.
  • Serve as a secondary point of contact for treasury clients, providing advanced product support and resolving complex service issues in partnership with operations teams.
  • Monitor client activity and relationships to identify attrition risks, service gaps, and expansion opportunities.
  • Support annual treasury relationship reviews, pricing evaluations, and product optimization discussions.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, implementation progress, and service resolutions in accordance with Bank standards.
  • Other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications Education
  • High school diploma, or a GED equivalent required
  • Typically requires 3-4 years of related work experience and the knowledge, skills and ability to perform the essential requirements of the job.
  • Possess and maintain a valid Driver's License for the state in which you reside.
