Service Technician; Roofer

Responsibilities

• Install various types of flat roofing systems with a focus on detail and efficiency.
• Understand and apply complex roofing specifications and blueprints to ensure quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with project teams to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and reporting potential hazards.
• Locating and repairing roof defects
• Locating and repairing roof leaks
• Deep knowledge of flat roofing systems and their installation, including all related details and specifications.

• Strong work ethic and dedication to completing projects to the highest standards.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Proven experience as a flat roof mechanic.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide clear instructions.
• Familiarity with the tools, equipment, and materials necessary for flat roofing installations.
