Description:
The RN Clinical Supervisor is a licensed registered nurse (RN) accountable for leading, managing & advancing people, processes & programs that support direct or indirect patient care. The role promotes & advocates for patients, nurses & the practice of nursing within the clinical area(s) of expertise & assignment.

Shift: Night Shift
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment. Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid driver’s license where required by assignment.
- Frontline, department-based, direct or indirect healthcare department/program.
- Supervises daily & house functions of charge nurses, professional & frontline staff (multidisciplinary team) of assigned department.
- Accountable for staff coordination, scheduling & assignment or throughput.
- Participates in & contributes to performance management & review process.
- Implements departmental plans & priorities identified by accountable nurse leaders.
