• Full Time: 3rd Shift | 8-Hour Shifts
• Part Time: 2nd Shift | 8-Hour Shifts
• 39-Bed Facility
• Hourly Pay + $3.40/hour HERO Pay

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans
• Administer medications and perform treatments as required
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being

• Active LPN license
• Medication administration and IV certification
• Knowledge of state rules and regulations
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused mindset
