16949 work instructions - Adhere to ISO
14001 work instructions and training - Read and follow all job related work instructions
- Observe & follow all safety procedures and guidelines when performing work to avoid injury to self and other employees
- Ability to read and understand directions
- Assists tradesmen in various repairs and set up of machinery
- Must have basic computer skills for work order entry and completion
- Must be able to obtain a forklift and/or man-lift licenses from CWC safety department
- Provide own tools (personal hand tools)
- Rebuild on pneumatic cylinders and valves
- Rebuild on hydraulic pumps, cylinders and valves
- Assist maintaining ACS unit
- Daily inspections of plant and machinery
- Make necessary building repairs to including safety audit findings.
- All other duties as determined by Management
- Minimum two years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility
- Types of experience can include but not to be limited to rebuilding of pneumatic and hydraulic equipment, building facilities projects, and preventative maintenance work
- Welding, machine technologies, maintenance certifications, etc. can be used towards experience requirement
- High school diploma or GED required
