SCHERDEL Sales & Technology, Inc. is seeking a dependable Machine Operator to operate advanced Bihler automated forming and assembly equipment used in high‑precision metal component manufacturing. This Tier 1 role is part of a structured tiered advancement program with training and long‑term growth opportunities.

• Must be available to train on 1st shift (Monday–Friday) for a minimum of 6 months

• Operate Bihler metal forming and assembly machines for the production of precision parts
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and comparators to ensure accuracy
• Read and interpret blueprints, part drawings, and verbal/written instructions
• Adhere to ISO/IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 quality and environmental systems
• Load raw materials, start production runs, and monitor machine operations
• Perform basic machine adjustments (after training) and report technical issues promptly
• Accurately record part counts, downtime, and scrap data
• Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to support continuous improvement
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation in line with 5S and safety standards

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or machine operation
• Ability to read blueprints and use standard precision measurement tools
• A consistent and reliable attendance history
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and improve
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Previous experience operating automated forming or stamping machinery
• Familiarity with Bihler or other high‑speed precision forming systems
• Automotive or ISO‑certified production background
