The Business Intelligence Analyst plays a critical role in supporting Sales, Supply Chain, and Product Development by transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision‑making and operational performance. This position partners across departments to develop data‑driven strategies, analyze complex datasets, improve business processes, and design tools that enhance visibility and efficiency.

Reporting directly to the Director of Business Intelligence, the BI Analyst will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to promote data literacy, provide training, and empower stakeholders to leverage analytics in their daily decision‑making. This role is responsible for translating data into meaningful visualizations and interactive reporting solutions that enable exploration, scenario analysis, and informed business choices.

The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. They bring experience in statistical analysis, data profiling, and machine learning, along with hands‑on expertise in techniques such as linear regression, logistic regression, and model validation. A strong ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non‑technical audiences is essential. • Develop, implement, and maintain scalable data models to support operational, financial, and strategic reporting
• Design and optimize data collection systems and processes to improve statistical efficiency and data quality
• Create and maintain structured datasets from ERP and related systems
• Build and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and views
• Develop validation checks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability
• Assist in establishing data governance policies and procedures for data collection, processing, and analysis
• Identify and evaluate internal and external data sources to enhance reporting capabilities
• Support development and enhancement of centralized data warehouse structures
