Shift: Day Shift

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including rehab nurses, RN case managers, social workers, nursing assistants, and rehab providers.
• Opportunities to treat diverse diagnoses such as Neuro, TBI, ortho, trauma, and more.
• Work in the newly renovated Trinity Health Muskegon hospital, featuring 24 private patient rooms, a state-of-the-art therapy gym, and a fully functional simulated home space.

The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) is responsible for implementing physical therapy modalities and treatments as outlined by the physical therapist and in accordance with Michigan state law and departmental policies. The PTA collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure high standards of care and professional practice.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Associate’s Degree required.
• Michigan Physical Therapist Assistant License or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to hire.
