• Float throughout the hospital and multiple locations if required
• Perform professional surgical tasks and support CVOR operations according to standard practice (Assess, Outcomes Identification, Plan, Implement, Evaluate)
• Work independently within scope of knowledge and experience
• Take accountability for delegation, decisions, outcomes
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
• Demonstrate agility and willingnessffen to take on new responsibilities
• Embrace new ideas and cultural differences while managing competing priorities

• Graduate of an Associate or Bachelor’s degree program in Surgical Technology
• CST certification (or equivalent). Minimum 18 months experience required for CST; 5 years for those without a formal program
• Cannot hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility
• Ability to complete orientation and training (options available to accommodate schedule)
