Salary Range: $67,000 - $100,000 depending on experience

• Support capital expenditure planning and post-implementation review for plant assets.
• Collaborate with operations to identify cost reduction opportunities and efficiency gains.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to manufacturing operations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial models for strategic initiatives and new product development.

• Cost accounting and variance analysis expertise
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret production and operational data
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamics

• Experience with cost accounting principles in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for production finance modules
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for operational analysis
