• Schedule:
  
  Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5:00.
• Patients Per Day: 22
• Practice Setting:
  Outpatient
• Scope:
  Primary Care. Must see all ages
• State Licensure:
  Active Michigan State License, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).
• Must be Board Certified.
• Responsibility for Mid-Levels:
  Yes, 2-4
• Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 Weeks
