• Promote and sell residential and light commercial heating and cooling equipment using effective sales techniques.
• Assess customer needs and provide customized solutions to meet their comfort requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and generate repeat business.
• Stay informed about the latest HVAC products, industry trends, and technological advancements.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Utilize technology, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams, to enhance sales processes and customer interactions.

• No prior experience is required; we are willing to train individuals with the right attitude and mindset.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for sales.
• Willingness to continuously improve skills and processes to achieve excellence.
• Knowledge or experience in boiler sales is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with technology and the ability to use Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Teams.
• Experience with Service Titan is a plus!
