Position Overview Inpro Marketing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Senior Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is responsible for two distinct, high-growth marketing portfolios
: Inpro WT™ Commercial Window Treatments and Inpro’s International Marketing program. We are seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial leader who can independently drive marketing strategy and execution across diverse markets, audiences, and go-to-market models. The ideal candidate brings prior international marketing experience, strong analytical skills, and a solid background in digital marketing with CRM integration. This role plays a critical part in building scalable marketing foundations and accelerating growth across both focus areas and reports to the Marketing Manager.
The Sr. Marketing Specialist I leads complex, multi-channel marketing programs that deliver measurable business impact. This role combines strategic leadership, executional excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. The position owns two distinct marketing focus areas and is responsible for building scalable, high-performing marketing programs across both.
Inpro WT Commercial Window Treatments- Own the development and execution of the annual Inpro WT Commercial Window Treatments Marketing Plan aligned with divisional and corporate growth objectives.
- Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for the Inpro WT business, leveraging traditional marketing, dealer-focused programs, and digital channels.
- Partner with Sales, Product Management, and Dealer partners to drive awareness, demand, and sales.
- Lead Inpro WT new product launches, messaging strategy, and integrated campaign execution.
- Conduct market and competitive research to inform positioning and growth opportunities.
- Manage Inpro WT marketing budgets and analyze performance to optimize ROI.
- Own the International Marketing strategy and annual plan supporting global business growth.
- Partner with regional teams and international stakeholders to develop market-relevant programs.
- Adapt and localize campaigns, messaging, and content across regions while maintaining brand consistency.
- Support international product launches, market expansion efforts, and regional campaigns.
- Analyze international marketing performance and manage budgets and external partners as needed.
- Mentor and coach Coordinators and Specialists, supporting development and workload prioritization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Digital Marketing, and Corporate teams.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Manage assigned team member(s) and foster a collaborative, accountable team culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience.
- International Marketing experience supporting international markets, regional teams or global marketing initiatives
- Demonstrated experience working with dealer or channel partners to develop marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and sales through indirect channels is strongly preferred
- Strong financial acumen, able to forecast budgets and interpret ROI.
- Recognized for strong leadership, mentoring, and project management skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving marketing goals and driving business growth.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics and Salesforce CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and accountable.
- Able to work with minimal direction.
- Proven experience managing and developing team members, including providing coaching, feedback, and workload direction preferred.
