Machine Operator - Hydrographics 2nd shift

Job Summary

Fabricate high quality decorated signs using water transfer processing to IPC specifications in the Hydrographic division to ensure customer satisfaction.

Hours for this position are Monday - Thursday; 12:30pm - 10:30pm.

Successful hires for the Hydro graphics Operator 2nd shift position will receive a $1,000 sign on bonus after 90 days of employment.

• Run production schedule.
• Identify films and parts for dipping.
• Full understanding of the Hydrographic dip tank.
• Full understanding of Wash out tank operation.
• Full understanding of paint mixing, and spraying.
• Full understanding of water transfer process.
• Full understanding of Macola and inventory control.
• Process work orders as indicated.
• All other tasks as assigned.

• Produce a high quality product.
• Fabricate orders in date sequence.
• Maintain communications with all manufacturing and office employees.
• Assist in training of new employees.

• Basic math skills and the ability to understand measurements.
• Ability to distinguish colors.
• Ability to use power tools and equipment.
• Some computer knowledge
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Reports directly to Hydrographic Lead.
• Works with all manufacturing departments.

• Authority to stop production for non-conforming quality or safety compliance.
• To support company policies and procedures.
• Report non-conforming material and safety non-compliance to management.
• Make decisions on accept or reject according to quality specifications.
• Make logical decisions based on experience and/or company policy.
