Description
Job Summary:
Fabricate high quality decorated signs out using water transfer processing to IPC specifications in the Hydrographic division to ensure customer satisfaction.
Hours for this position are Monday - Thursday; 12:30pm - 10:30pm
** Successful hires for the Hydro graphics Operator 2nd shift position will receive a $1,000 sign on bonus after 90 days of employment!**
Primary Duties:
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce a high quality product.
- Fabricate orders in date sequence.
- Maintain communications with all manufacturing and office employees.
- Assist in training of new employees.
Job Specifications:
- Basic math skills and the ability to understand measurements.
- Ability to distinguish colors.
- Ability to use power tools and equipment.
- Some computer knowledge
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Job Relations:
- Reports directly to Hydrographic Lead.
- Works with all manufacturing departments.
Authority:
- Authority to stop production for non-conforming quality or safety compliance.
- To support company policies and procedures.
- Report non-conforming material and safety non-compliance to management.
- Make decisions on accept or reject according to quality specifications.
- Make logical decisions based on experience and/or company policy.
