Machine and Facility Maintenance Lead

Overview

Primary Scope: Northern Gear and Machining, LLC is looking for an experienced Maintenance Lead. The Maintenance Lead will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various machines and building maintenance efficiently and safely.

• The duties and responsibilities are not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.
• Troubleshoot machines and equipment that have mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical controls (Fanuc).
• Complete repairs, preventive maintenance, and major overhauls on all equipment.
• Repair machines efficiently to minimize production downtime.
• Maintain plant support equipment.
• Perform miscellaneous repairs to the facility.
• Welding and electrical experience.
• Read and understand technical manuals.
• Read, understand, follow and enforce safety procedures.

• 2 to 5 years experience.
• Wage is based on experience.
