Position Overview

We are seeking a Medical Assistant or LPN to support routine and acute care visits in a busy outpatient clinic. This role works closely with a designated provider and serves a primarily adult patient population.

• Traveler Experience Accepted: Yes, with 1 year of clinic experience
• First-Time Travelers: Accepted for both MA and LPN
• Newborns to adults (approximately 88% adults)
• Routine and acute care visits
• Assigned to a specific provider

Required Certifications

• Medical Assistant: BLS (CMA not required)
• LPN: BLS

Required Skills

• Basic rooming and patient intake
• Vital signs and weights
• Medication and history review
• EPIC (Ambulatory) experience required

Unit Support

• Triage Support: 1 Resource/Triage Nurse
• Phlebotomy: Lab on site (no phlebotomy required for MA/LPN)
• On-site management support

Technology

• EMR: Ambulatory EPIC (required)

Floating

• No floating required

Orientation

• 1 week of orientation (additional time provided if needed)

Schedule

• Shift Times:
• 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM (Thursday)
• On Call: No
• Holidays: None
• Time Off: Approval required through manager
