Long-Lewis Ford of the Shoals Ford Pro Commercial Vehicle Center is growing, and our Fleet department is looking for highly driven individuals for a Commercial Sales Account Managers. The role will be focusing on prospecting new business, building strong client relationships, and managing fleet accounts with opportunities in the Northwest Alabama area. Strong sales skills, customer service experience, and potentially financial knowledge are additionally beneficial.

The Fleet Sales Manager must consistently and profitably meet vehicle sales quotas through expert management of time, processes, self-discipline, and social networking. He/She must conduct outside/offsite sales calls and cold calls. The Fleet Sales Manager also assists customers with the resolution of any concerns that may arise during or after the sale.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities will be on prospecting and developing new clients, building and maintaining client relationships in the dealership and out in the field, managing sales processes and fulfilling orders, solving business transportation needs, working with financial software and Microsoft programs such as Office, Word and Excel, and delivering a complete Ford Fleet Solution to our existing and new customers. This position will also be integral to educating our prospective and existing customers on their options for parts, service, telematics, upfitting, and anything else that can help make their business successful.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has at least two years of commercial sales and/or sales management experience in a large-volume dealership, but sales experience in general is preferred. Candidates must have a strong business acumen, sales aptitude, and entrepreneurial spirit, as well as a willingness to accept full accountability for sales targets. Excellent communication, networking, social media, and computer skills are a must.

NEED a Valid Driver’s license.

Compensation

The compensation for the Commercial Account Manager will be salary plus commission ranging at $100,000 or more.
