• Utilize specialized plan‑of‑care intervention and serve as a patient‑care innovator.
• Shape exceptional patient journeys and leverage our cutting‑edge technology to impact patient wellbeing.

• Current state RN license.
• Basic Life Support certification required within 14 days of hire.
• One year of nursing experience.

• Perform plan of care interventions including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care; document patient care given; monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to care team, physicians, patient, and family.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support.
• Provide patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstance.
• Advocate for patients’ physical and emotional well‑being. Provide basic leadership to subordinate staff on the unit.
