What We Need:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in bringing our brand social media strategies to life across multiple platforms including Linked In, Instagram, and Facebook. You will manage day-to-day social media activities, lead paid campaign efforts, support internal stakeholders, and provide insightful analytics to drive continuous improvement.

What You Will Do:

  • Partner closely with the Marketing Manager to execute each brand's social media strategy across Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, and other channels.
  • Manage the day-to-day publishing calendar by drafting copy, coordinating visuals, scheduling posts, and monitoring community engagement.
  • Support content planning and creative development across brands to ensure alignment with campaign goals and brand voice.
  • Collaborate with vertical market and product launch marketing teams to create engaging, social-first content that reflects business priorities.
  • Lead social listening and trendspotting efforts to inspire new content formats and proactive engagement.
  • Manage paid social advertising campaigns across Meta, Linked In, and additional platforms including campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Develop and execute paid media strategies to drive reach, awareness, and lead generation.
  • Track ROI and KPIs, refining targeting, messaging, and creative assets based on data insights.
  • Partner with Creative teams to produce effective ad assets consistent with brand identity and tone.
  • Stay informed on platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging ad formats to keep campaigns best-in-class.
  • Serve as a key contact for local markets, dealer partners, and internal stakeholders seeking social media guidance.
  • Develop and maintain social media toolkits, templates, and best-practice guides to ensure consistent brand representation and empower confident activation.
  • Support internal education initiatives focusing on emerging trends and platform updates.
  • Monitor engagement and content performance, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Present insights periodically to leadership, highlighting successes and areas for optimization.

What You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience managing social media for brands, agencies, or B2B companies preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing paid social campaigns, specifically on Meta and Linked In platforms.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail and tone.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (such as Sprout Social or Hootsuite) and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
  • Experience with video editing and visual content creation preferred.

Location: This position can be located in Chicago, IL or Muscatine, IA.
