UnityPoint Clinic is actively recruiting a Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Muscatine, IA. As part of the UnityPoint Clinic team, you will provide high‑quality primary care in an established, well‑known clinic serving Muscatine and surrounding communities. You will work with a cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff, allowing you autonomy while building your practice with supportive infrastructure. The clinic uses EPIC EMR and offers flexible scheduling.

• Full‑time, benefit‑eligible position with 36 patient contact hours per week (average 20‑25 patients per day)
• No nights or weekends, no inpatient duties; 24/7 hospitalist coverage
• Clinic call shared among primary‑care providers (shared rotation, telephonic, minimal volume)
• Provide general primary‑care procedures (joint injections, skin excisions, lacerations, casting, etc.)
• Coordinate patient care, evaluate and interpret information, and make recommendations
• Collaborate with a team, communicate clearly, and demonstrate analytical and problem‑solving skills

• MD or DO
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Unrestricted license to practice in Iowa
• Current and unrestricted state/federal authority to prescribe and administer medications
• Eligible to work in the United States (H1‑B cap exempt)
• J‑1 waiver sponsorship available
