Your Impact:

+ Payroll Precision:
Manage weekly and biweekly payroll for multiple operating companies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

+ Financial Excellence:
Reconcile payroll accounts, maintain records, and contribute to audits and expense forecasting. Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

+ Efficiency Focus:
Establish payroll performance metrics, identify automation opportunities, and support special projects in partnership with HR, Finance, and IT.

Respond promptly to payroll inquiries from staff, managers, and auditors.

Requirements

What You Bring:

+ Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (with accounting/finance emphasis)

+ 2-4 years' experience in payroll processing and operational accounting

+

Experience with ADP or Workday payroll systems preferred

+ Solid understanding of payroll compliance, taxes, and reporting

+ Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, vLookups); familiarity with ERP/general ledger systems (Oracle/Kronos preferred)

+ Strong attention to detail, analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills
