Job Purpose
Leads airline acquisition, route development, and incentive structuring in alignment with network strategy and national connectivity objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop airline and route development strategies and annual plans
- Lead commercial negotiations for new routes and airline entry
- Structure and recommend route incentive proposals for approval
- Coordinate with tourism and government stakeholders on connectivity initiatives
- Oversee route launch performance monitoring and post-launch reviews
12–15 years’ experience in airline network planning, route development, or airport airline development roles.
Education RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Aviation, Economics, or Business; postgraduate qualification advantageous.
