Key Responsibilities- Handle sales inquiries and requests from French / Italian & German speaking markets.
- Prepare and send accurate and competitive quotations, proposals, and itineraries.
- Follow up with clients and partners to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and partners.
- Negotiate rates and conditions in coordination with the contracting and operations teams.
- Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of confirmed services.
- Maintain and update client records, contracts, and correspondence.
- Participate in sales calls, online meetings, workshops, and trade fairs when required.
- Support marketing activities such as promotions, campaigns, and FAM trips.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Very good literacy of French / Italian or German (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Good command of English is a strong advantage.
- Previous experience in sales, tourism, or hospitality (DMC, travel agency) is urgently required.
