Description:
Senior Sales Account Manager. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Muscat, Oman. We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Senior Sales Account Manager whose primary mission is to aggressively expand our market footprint through new lead generation and strategic prospecting, while simultaneously nurturing and growing our existing high-value accounts.
- Strategic Lead Generation:
Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the Omani market to build a robust sales pipeline. - New Client Acquisition:
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle—from cold outreach and initial networking to closing deals—to drive significant revenue growth. - Market Expansion:
Conduct market research to identify untapped sectors and develop tailored outreach strategies to capture new market share. - Account Growth & Management:
Serve as the strategic partner for existing clients, ensuring high retention while actively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. - Solution Tailoring:
Deeply understand the unique challenges of both prospects and current clients to facilitate bespoke solutions that deliver measurable value. - Collaboration:
Work closely with internal technical and support teams to ensure that the promises made during the sales process are delivered with excellence.
- 8+ years experience in sales
- Proven skills and experience in Sales and Account Management and maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Expertise in Customer Service practices and the ability to manage customer relationships effectively
- Experience in Lead Generation and an ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Strong Communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal capabilities
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, particularly in data centers, networking, and data security, is highly advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
