Muscat Elite is an exciting new private members’ club launching in Oman in 2026. First of its kind in the region, the club offers members exclusive access to a curated collection of six iconic luxury vehicles over a three-year membership, including Ferrari, Rolls‑Royce, Bentley, and Aston Martin.

, will be a private haven for members only—offering elegant spaces to work, meet, relax, socialise, enjoy food and drink, play pool, or unwind with a cigar.
We are seeking a polished, highly organised Invitations & Membership Executive to own the invitation process end to end—qualifying prospective members, managing relationships, and converting approved prospects into members through a concierge‑style onboarding journey.
This is not a traditional sales role
. It is relationship‑led, follow‑up driven, and hands‑on. You will operate with discretion, confidence, and attention to detail while representing Muscat Elite in premium social and business environments.
Reporting directly to the Founder, this is a full‑time, Muscat‑based role
, requiring flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- Manage all inbound enquiries, referrals, and introductions with rapid response times
- Maintain a disciplined invitation pipeline from first contact through approval, onboarding, and activation
- Track all leads, conversations, next actions, and outcomes using a structured CRM process
- Qualify prospective members against Muscat Elite’s values, standards, and membership criteria
- Prepare clear and considered recommendations for approval to protect the integrity of the community
- Manage discreet, professional communications throughout the invitation journey
- Present the membership proposition clearly and confidently, including benefits, expectations, and exclusivity
- Host introductions, clubhouse visits, and membership meetings as required
- Deliver a concierge-level onboarding experience to ensure an exceptional first impression
- Represent Muscat Elite at premium events, car meets, and private gatherings to generate high-quality leads
- Support the planning and delivery of member events by managing invitations and follow‑ups
- Build and maintain relationships with partners who can introduce suitable prospective members
- Provide weekly reporting on pipeline activity, conversion rates, and upcoming priorities
- Share insights on member expectations, competitor activity, and market trends to refine the invitation process
- Proven experience in relationship‑driven client engagement within luxury, hospitality, automotive, premium memberships, real estate, or high‑end services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, calm presence
- Strong organisation and follow‑up discipline, managing multiple live conversations simultaneously
- Exceptional professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends when required
- Experience working in Oman with an established premium network
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Experience with in a founder‑led business or early‑stage premium brand
- Hands‑on and proactive
