Sales Specialist

Overview

We are a growing coffee trading company based in Muscat, Oman, specializing in the import and wholesale distribution of premium coffee brands. Our clients include cafés, restaurants, hotels, and catering businesses. We are currently seeking experienced sales professionals with a background in the HORECA sector to join our team on a commission-only basis.

• As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing B2B relationships, especially within the HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Café) segment, and closing sales of our coffee products. This role is ideal for someone with a strong network in the hospitality or food & beverage industry.
• Identify and approach potential clients in the HORECA sector across Muscat and surrounding regions.
• Promote and sell our coffee products to cafés, restaurants, hotels, and catering services.
• Maintain and grow long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and track client orders and feedback.
• Provide market insights and suggest improvements based on customer needs.

• Proven sales experience in the HORECA sector is a must.
• Existing contacts within hotels, restaurants, or cafés in Oman is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, professional, and target-oriented.
• Fluent in English;
  Arabic is an advantage.
• Based in Muscat with the ability to travel locally.
