Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time on‑site position in Muscat for a Sales Specialist. The specialist will manage day‑to‑day sales activities, nurture customer relationships, deliver outstanding service, and meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommend relevant solutions.
- Deliver product or service training to clients.
- Manage sales processes to build long‑term partnerships.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Proficiency in sales & sales management.
- Experience training or educating clients about products and services.
- Ability to build and sustain long‑term relationships.
- Proactive problem‑solving with a goal‑oriented mindset.
- Experience in the promotional‑products industry a plus.
- Fluency in English and/or Arabic advantageous.
