Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Assist in developing δω and implementing sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Client Relationship Management
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Support in negotiating contracts and closing deals.
• Lead Generation & Conversion
  • Work with the sales team to identify and qualify leads.
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into customers.
• Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
  • Analyze sales performance and suggest improvements.
• Team Coordination
  • Support the Sales Manager in guiding and mentoring junior sales staff.
  • Ensure smooth communication between sales, operations, and finance teams.
• Business Development
  • Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Explore cross‑selling and upselling opportunities.

• Experience: 35 years in sales, preferably in B2B or technical services (e.g., surveying, engineering).
• Skills:
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Ability to analyze Pier and prepare reports.
• Personality Traits:
  • Target‑driven and proactive.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team player.
• Other Requirements:
  • Valid driving license for client visits.
  • Willingness to travel as per project needs.
