Role & responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Assist in developing δω and implementing sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Support in negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Lead Generation & Conversion
- Work with the sales team to identify and qualify leads.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into customers.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
- Analyze sales performance and suggest improvements.
- Team Coordination
- Support the Sales Manager in guiding and mentoring junior sales staff.
- Ensure smooth communication between sales, operations, and finance teams.
- Business Development
- Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Explore cross‑selling and upselling opportunities.
- Experience: 35 years in sales, preferably in B2B or technical services (e.g., surveying, engineering).
- Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to analyze Pier and prepare reports.
- Personality Traits:
- Target‑driven and proactive.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team player.
- Other Requirements:
- Valid driving license for client visits.
- Willingness to travel as per project needs.
