We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join the team in Muscat, Oman. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our cement products to clients in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction market and be able to develop and maintain relationships with clients to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and target potential clients in the construction industry to promote and sell our cement products
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Create and deliver effective sales presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability for the company
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to increase brand awareness and market share
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to the management team
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products
- Continuously strive to achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company>
Qualifications and Skills- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of the construction market in Oman
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred
