• Achieving weekly and monthly sales and profit targets.

• Excellent telephone communication skills (polite, confident, and persuasive).
• High resilience and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
• Basic knowledge of real estate company products and offerings.
• Accuracy and discipline in managing call lists and achieving digital targets (number of calls, appointments).
