Your Mission

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Technician to support our Quality team in day-to-day activities. This role is ideal for individuals seeking hands‑on experience in quality control, inspection processes, and continuous improvement within a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.

• Conduct routine inspection and testing of incoming raw materials, perform in‑process QC checks during mixing, filling, and final packaging stages.
• Identify, document, and elevate non‑conformities related to materials, bulk, and finished goods.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments.
• Maintain accurate documentation of quality inspection results.
• Ensure production personnel are following proper procedures for ongoing production checks.
• Monitor and verify adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards across production lines.
• Conduct sampling of raw materials, bulk mixtures, and finished products according to established protocols.
• Support validation activities for new equipment, processes, and product trials.
• Review batch records for completeness and accuracy before product release.
• Participate in internal audits and help prepare documentation for external audits.
• Verify proper labeling, coding, and traceability of materials throughout the production process.
• Collaborate with production and R&D teams to resolve quality‑related issues in real time.
• Maintain inventory of QC consumables and ensure the laboratory workspace remains organized and compliant.

• Bachelor of Science in a relevant discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Pharmacy, Industrial chemistry etc.)
• ISO 17025 and/or ISO 9001 certification
• Proficient skills to run GC Chromatography analysis
• Previous Quality Control experience in chemicals, cosmetic, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Sensory skills with ability to evaluate fragrances.
