Operator; Sterile Liquid Manufacturing - Pharma

Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Operator to join their pharmaceutical team in Oman, specializing in the manufacturing of sterile liquid pharmaceuticals. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the precise and efficient manufacturing of sterile liquid products while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor equipment used in the manufacturing of sterile liquid pharmaceuticals.
• Follow batch records and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure accurate and compliant manufacturing.
• Set up and prepare equipment for production and clean and sanitize it as needed.
• Perform precise measurements and calculations for the preparation of sterile liquid formulations.
• Monitor the production process, making adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and testing to ensure products meet specifications.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment and process issues, escalating to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety guidelines.
• Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and calibration as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma, BSc, or B Pharma in Pharmacy or related field.
• 6 to 12 years of experience in sterile liquid pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Proficient knowledge of sterile liquid manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and follow aseptic techniques.
• Familiarity with GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
