1) Operations Manager – Digital Archiving Project (3-Month Contract)

Engagement Type: Fixed-term project (3 months)

We are looking for an Operations Manager to work on one of our projects in Amman. Lead and manage a high-volume digital archiving project operating under a structured production-line model. Ensure operational efficiency, output quality, and on-time delivery within the defined project timeline.

• Oversee end-to-end daily operations across all workflow stages (Receiving, Sorting, Disinfection, Scanning, OCR Processing, Quality Control).
• Design and optimize digital production lines to eliminate workflow bottlenecks and maximize throughput.
• Plan production capacity and allocate workforce effectively across stations.
• Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs; implement corrective actions for operational deviations.
• Prepare structured progress and performance reports for senior management and the supervising entity.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, data integrity standards, and document handling protocols.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or Information Technology.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations management, document digitization, or process-driven project environments.
• Strong analytical skills in capacity planning, workflow optimization, and performance management.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional operational teams.
