This organisation is a well-established mining and quarrying group operating across the GCC, delivering large-scale materials supply to critical infrastructure projects. What You’ll Be Doing- Lead and implement site-wide QHSE strategy aligned to corporate and mining regulatory standards
- Drive measurable safety performance, targeting industry-leading LTIFR and zero-fatality outcomes
- Oversee risk management, contractor compliance, and incident investigations with timely corrective action
- Embed a proactive safety culture through leadership engagement, audits, training, and environmental controls
- 8-10+ years QHSE experience, including at least 5 years within a mining environment
- Recognised qualifications such as NEBOSH Diploma, OSHA or equivalent, plus a relevant degree
- Strong working knowledge of mining legislation, environmental compliance, and emergency response
- Proven leadership capability across multicultural and remote site operations
