Manage a team of housekeeping, maintenance, admin',pantry services.

Supervises administrative services skilled and technical/support staff. Hires, evaluates, trains, disciplines and recommendsdismissal of staff as necessary.

Plans, organizes, maintains, and manages the operations and reliability of facilities and general infrastructure systems. Establishes and monitors preventative maintenance processes and programs and facilityinspection processes for on-going review of maintenance work.

Liaising with the third party contractor for the inspectionsandcertifications of the assetsin the locations

Monitorsandoverseestheworkofexternalcontractorstoensuretermsofagreements are met and work is completed satisfactorily

Collectsandanalysesavarietyofcomplexdataandinformation,includingutility costs and usage. Performs statistical analysis and summarizes findings in applicable reports or other communication mediums.

Participates in/on a variety of meetings, committees(including chairing), task forces, and/or other related groups to communicate information regarding services, programs, areas of opportunity, and/or otherpertinentinformation as appropriate

To raise HSE/Hazard awareness by actively participating in all HSE near miss/unsafe act and condition reporting.

Ensure self-awareness and follow NEWREST WACASCOpolicies, including but not limited to HSE, Quality, Food Safety, Drug &Alcohol, safe work procedures and HR.

Toensurethatallthematerialsandequipment arenotleftinadangerousstate.

Manage all assigned facilities to achieve KPI performance targets, monitor SLA's to identify potential challenges and plan corrective actions/best practices accordingly
