Urgent requirement for RPA Integration Specialist – UiPath – end-to-end automation & system integration for our banking clients in Oman

• Strong experience in UiPath RPA is THE Must
• Strong experience in Development, deployment, Orchestrator, logging, and error handling is the MUST
• Strong experience in Process Analysis & Automation Design is MUST
• Strong Banking domain is MUST
• Strong experience in converting complex business processes into scalable automated workflows is the MUST
• Strong experience in Integration & Scripting Skills – REST/SOAP APIs, SQL is the MUST
• Strong experience in Python/.NET/Java for end-to-end automation and system integration is the MUST

Seeking an Integration & RPA Specialist with strong UiPath RPA hands‑on experience, process automation design skills, and expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, and programming (Python/.NET/Java) for end‑to‑end automation and system integration.

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
  Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, HR, and Technology teams to capture process automation requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• RPA Platform Management:
  Install, configure, upgrade, deploy, and maintain UiPath RPA platform in Test & Production environments, coordinating with IT Infrastructure teams.
• Process Design & Development:
  Model and design robotic processes to meet business and technical requirements. Prepare design documents, process documentation, test cases, and end‑user manuals.
• Development & Testing:
  Develop automation workflows using UiPath, implement logging, error handling, and maintain code repositories. Support end‑to‑end testing.
• Security & Compliance:
  Implement technical and procedural security controls to comply with the Bank’s Risk Management and Data Privacy policies.
• Incident Management:
  Resolve issues, conduct root‑cause analysis, and ensure timely escalation for incidents.
• Monitoring & Maintenance:
  Support production troubleshooting, perform system monitoring, and ensure high system availability.
• Project Support:
  Follow SDLC methodology, adhere to project timelines, and maintain quality standards.
• Mentoring & Documentation:
  Guide peers through code reviews, share best practices, and maintain technical standards.

• UiPath RPA:
  Hands‑on experience in development, installation, deployment, and workflow design (mandatory).
• Programming
  
  Languages:
  
  Knowledge of C/C++, Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, HTML.
• Integration Techniques:
  Experience with REST & SOAP APIs.
