Mandatory skills - Supply chain Trade finance with automation testing
Experience:
Minimum of 10 + years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on banking application especially trade finance and supply chain finance.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in manual and automated testing techniques. Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, , Accello / Helio Assure or similar. Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Load Runner). Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).

The Quality Assurance Lead will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process for Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance Application which includes web portal. This role involves designing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and working closely with customer teams to ensure that our digital products meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities: Managing the end to end engagement which includes Test Planning:
Develop and document comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Trade Finance and Supply chain finance application and relevant portals based on functional and non-functional requirements.
Manual Testing:
Perform manual testing of the application, including functional, regression, integration, and Pre user acceptance testing (Pre UAT).
Automation Testing: Design and implement automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, Accello / Helio Assure or similar to improve testing efficiency and coverage. Bug Identification:
Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla). Collaborate with customer teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Reporting: Provide detailed test reports and metrics, including test results, defect status, and quality assessments. Highlight areas of concern and suggest improvements
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of test processes, methodologies, and results. Ensure that test artifacts are up-to-date and accessible.
Qualifications: Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Soft Skills: Team Management , Customer Management with Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Preferred
Skills:
Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
