Key Responsibilities:
- IT Governance: Develop IT policies, manage the IT budget, and ensure compliance with Oman Vision 2040 and local regulations.
- Vendor Management: Oversee the IT Strategic Partner, tracking SLAs (99.9% uptime) and KPIs as per the RASCI matrix.
- Project Stewardship: Lead the implementation of ERP (Dynamics BC) and other digital transformation initiatives.
- Risk Management: Act as the primary custodian for IT business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Strategy: IT Roadmap development & Budgeting.
- Frameworks: COBIT, ITIL, or ISO 27001.
- Leadership: Experience managing 3rd party service providers.
- Technical: High-level knowledge of Microsoft Cloud and Cybersecurity stacks.
- Experience: 10+ years preferred
- Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field
